All over the year there are amusement, festivals and events in and around the Ferienpark Himmelberg.

We love to celebrate! Every of the small villages around organises one or more festivals each year. In the river-regions of Moselle, Nahe and Rhine they nearly all have to do with wine, in the Hunsrück with history and sports (soccer!). Some of the wine festivals have the motto "days of open cellar", so that every winery organises a small festival with music, typical meals an - of course - wine in it´s own cellar. The near situated beautiful cities, for example Bernkastel-Kues (great wine festival, romantic half-timbered houses) and Trier (oldest city of Germany, roman origin), offer a manifold culture programme. But as you´ll see on the following pages you don´t have to leave the holiday park to enjoy events!
